The Wailea Golf Estates community is expanding to include another 16 home sites. Golf Estates II has received final condominium approval and 14 home sites are available for purchase; the homes will have a residential condominium classification. Home sites range in price from $1.050m-$1.6m and average about 14,000 sqft. The properties with the highest elevations and access to ocean views command the highest price points.
