About Lai Loa
La'i Loa is a new Wailea condo development which has been under construction for the last few years. The first two buildings completed and delivered to buyers were Buildings 11 and 12 with sales closing at the end of October 2023. Buildings 13, 14, and 15 are expected to be completed next with sales recording sometime in November 2023. The community pool and amenities center is tentatively expected to be completed by March of 2024.Â
