Where is Lai Loa located?

The development is located just North of Kai Malu and is bordered by Okolani Drive, Wailea Alanui drive, and the Wailea Old Blue Golf Course. Below is a map showing where Lai Loa is located in relation to several other Wailea neighborhoods and condos. This parcel of land was originally planned to be developed under the community name Hoku O Wailea.

How many units will be at Lai Loa?

The 13-acre community is planning to offer 75 condominiums which will include 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and 4 bedroom units.

Lai Loa building configuration

There will 15 buildings within the community, each with 5 units per building. Each building will have three stories and include an elevator for convenient unit access. Here is a summary of unit types for each floor:

First Floor

The Lai Loa community is designated for residential use only which means only long term rentals will be allowed.
