Intro to Moana Estates
Moana Estates is a great South Kihei community located adjacent to Kamali'i Elementary School. Moana Estates shares a similar look and feel to the nearby community of Ke Alii Kai as both were developed and built by Towne Island Homes. The initial group of homes in Moana Estates were built in 2006 and 2007 and then the second group was built from 2011 to 2014.
