How many units are there at Pacific Shores?
In total there are 136 units in the entire complex spread out over 12 building clusters stacked in 4 stories. The complex can be thought of in two parts, an upper and lower level. The upper level provides parking in the back of the complex with a pool and spa on the opposite side of the parking lot. The lower level is closest to South Kihei Road with the main office located at the front of the community.
How large are Pacific Shores units?
There are three basic floor plans at Pacific Shores. The smallest of the three is the one bed, one bath option with 572 square fee; immediately walking through the front entry is the kitchen, the dining/living area just past that, wit the bed and bath just off the living room. The two bed, two bath units with 745 square feet are pretty much the same floor plan as the one bed, one bath units but just with a master bedroom that has an en-suite. The three bed, three bath unit with 917 square feet, again are just like the one bed one bath units, but this time with 2 master en-suite bathrooms.
