Dano Sayles has 38 years of full time experience as a licensed REALTOR in Maui, Hawaii. Dano's market knowledge of South Maui is incredible, as he has been involved in numerous neighborhoods and homesites throughout Wailea, Makena, and Kihei.

Dano's previous experience includes his position as Principal Broker for The Wailea Group. His role in the initial launch of Ho'olei, a 120 unit resort condominium project located just across from the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel and Spa, garnered the sale of 100 villas in the first three months.  In 2009, Dano closed just under $24 million of volume and represented 12 transactions in Ho'olei, which made him the number one sales associate in Hawaii for Coldwell Banker.

From 1997 until 2004, Dano opened and operated the RE/MAX Maui office. During this time, he was awarded the coveted Chairman's Club and Hall of Fame award, also reaching top 10 individual RE/MAX producers for the United States as well as Internationally.

Dano is also a prominent member within the local and national real estate community.  He teaches other Realtors and their teams and is highly sought after for his advice. Furthermore, he attends numerous conferences, such as the Pacific Builders Conference and the International Builders Show, to continually build upon his knowledge and make key contacts.
