Born on Oʻahu and raised between Oʻahu and Maui, Samantha has deep roots in Hawaii and a strong connection to the communities she serves. She graduated from Maui High School in 2008, earned her Associate’s Degree in Accounting from UH Maui College in 2012, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Hawaiʻi West Oʻahu in 2020.
