Recently awarded the 2009 Builder’s Merit Award, Papali Wailea offers owners an extremely unique development design. Completely built out in 2009, the community is comprised of 24 single-family homes, which encompass about 10.5 acres on the north end of the Wailea Resort. The gated entrance of the neighborhood is located right off of Wailea Alanui Rd, directly north of the Wailea Palms Condominium (formally known as Palms Phase II). The design concept of the residences includes a wide-open, airy floor plan, with two separate entrances together with an attached, enclosed garage and storage room area. The exterior construction of Papali is top of the line, with extensive use of Alaskan cedar wood and stainless steel frames. The interior finishes at Papali Wailea feature gorgeous mahogany walls, high-volume ceilings, as well as windows that stretch from the ceiling to the floor. All of the 2,386 sq ft single level homes at Papali Wailea incorporate 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, each of which open up to covered lanais and well manicured gardens

Amenities at Papali include one of the most impressive pools throughout the entire Wailea Resort: a stunning 75 foot long infinity edge pool, which looks out due west to the island of Lanai. There is also a spacious fitness facility with incredible views next to the pool area and BBQ pavilion. Short term vacation rentals are not permitted at Papali, so more long-term residents are in place. Pets are allowed in the neighborhood, but with several limitations.
